The decision of the arbitrator shall apply the express intentions of the parties set forth in this Agreement and the laws of the State of Nevada, including, without limitation, any applicable statutes, regulations and binding judicial decisions, as such would be applied by the courts of the State of Nevada. You also agree to pay all costs of the arbitration proceeding initiated by you, including attorneys' fees and witness expenses. Any wording, procedure or statement in this agreement that is prohibited by the laws of its jurisdiction, will not void any of the other parts of this agreement as a whole or in part.
